Immaculate Charities started in 2010 when Rosemarie Sesay, a devout Christian, Registered Nurse, and the founder of Immaculate Charities with a group of Registered Nurses, saw the need to assist the helpless.
She wanted to promote human dignity by donating to the young and old their immediate needs, such as food, housing, and nursing care.
Today, Immaculate Charities is making a difference, one life at a time. We hope to educate individuals and families on healthier, more functional living in Washington, D.C.
In support of our vision, many volunteers drop by our location while patrons generously send their donations. The funds we pool are used to operate outreach programs and nursing care support.

The Organization
Immaculate International Church and Charities is a non-profit organization organized to assist identified individuals who are in need of clothing, food, housing assistance, and personal care aide services while waiting for Medicaid approval.
We have affiliations with organizations in Sierra Leone such as the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Sierra Leone. Our main operations focus on helping the poor, providing clothing, and sponsoring feeding programs.
